The Rock’s trainer, Dave Rienzi, shared his back workout with Muscle & Fitness so that you, too, can look as beastly as he does.

It’s not all about the back, though. To get the physique that Johnson has achieved the most important factor is a whole lot of dedication to the gym and control when it comes to diet.
